I debated putting in a glossary, but decided that if I did, it might serve as a set of little spoilers. So for now, anyway, I am just putting up a pronunciation guide. I almost always used the spelling and pronunciation of the time and nation. For example I use Halikarnassos (Ancient Greek) instead of Halicarnassus (Latin) or Spahbed (Ancient Persian) instead of Sepahbod (Modern Persian).
